Kaleidoscope Youth Center Partnership
Kaleidoscope Youth Center and the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County are partnering to bring KYC programs to youth and families in Union County. This collaboration will bring much-needed support to the LGBTQIA+ young people, and the parents and caregivers who support them that live in Union County. The first step in this partnership started in July 2020, when KYC started facilitating community connection groups. These groups have been held via video-conferencing, with hopes of gathering in-person when it is safe to do so. One of these groups is for LGBTQIA+ youth (ages 12-20), and another is for parents and caregivers of these youth. (For information, click here)
